Beautiful studio and garden

A small studio with everything in one room, but met the needs for a very brief stay (attending a wedding). Not quite as private as I had expected. Very clean and well-kept, beautiful interior and modern, with small fridge and a kettle. Beautiful garden with space to sit and enjoy a drink. Hostess was very welcoming and helpful; had left some lovely treats etc. which was a much appreciated gesture.

Lovely one night stay within walking distance of the beach. Would definitely stay again

We were made very welcome. The room was well thought out with all we needed. Bikes were safely stored overnight.

The location although fairly close to town, due to weather, was a drive and the road was like a country lane - not tarmac! A bit bumpy-bumpy

Clean, comfy, convenient. Hosts very friendly and helpful. Warm. Good bed. Parking outside of gate was good. Walking distance to beach and town.

Tiny sink, but difficult to get a large one there. If staying longer a hob/oven and a better sink would be helpful... But host does the washing up, so why bother... And you have the town for meals.

The owners were very friendly and helpful. The location was very quiet and traffic-free. There was a secure store for our cycles during the night.

We were expecting a self-catering apartment but this was more of a bedsit. There was little storage space for clothes and shoes (though there are planned modifications to tackle this soon) and the room was quite cramped.

Warm and cosy, small plug in radiator soon got the room toasty and the bathroom warmed up quickly with the wall heater. Despite the small size there was a lot of facilities (microwave, kettle, toaster and plenty of crockery).

The bathroom sink is rather tiny for a face wash.

Very comfortable and great hosts.

The only thing that we would say is that a warm towel rail in the bathroom would be good for drying towels.

Breakfast is not applicable. The location is in a very quiet residential area, car parking is available outside the property, ideal!

Linda was a great host - and, after a long-day cyclong, I really appreciated the fizzy water provided in the fridge. She and her partner looked after me (and my bike!) was well!

5* accommodation. There’s lots of comfort and luxury packed into this lovely studio. Fabulous bed, bedding and towels. Felt very vibrant and inviting. Great hospitality tray, lovely bathroom products. Linda and Michael really go the extra mile and, as a solo female traveller, I felt very safe. 10 mins walk from seafront, 5 from train station. In Sheringham itself I can thoroughly recommend Copper Whelk for breakfast and Marmalades Bistro for evening meal.

Location very good, far enough away from the hussle and bustle of the Town but Town within easy walking distance.

We loved how tastefully decorated the accommodation was and also how exceptionally clean it was.

The property is home from home, very clean and tidy, with all the facilities you need and more. Very friendly host, who explains everything to you just in case, exceptional facilities if you want to make yourself a snack or just a cuppa. Would recommend to all. About a 5/10 minute walk into the town centre.

Wow, what a perfect find. Linda and her husband are new as a host but what a first class beautiful place to stay. All new,modern, hidden extra, best soaps, biscuits etc. A large shower room. The pretty garden with your own private seating. A perfect short walk into Sheringham with loads of parking places. I truly cannot recommend this private garden stay,enough. Good to you both.

Linda and Michael were very friendly and explained everything well. The room was self contained with a lockable front door and a private garden space. The bathroom was really well equipped and was clean. The town was easily in walking distance. Parking was available at the property and it was safe. The milk, biscuits and tea were a lovely touch

Spotlessly clean, very friendly, helpful hosts, walking distance to shops, restaurants and beach. Even supplied us with prosecco and chocolates as they knew it was our wedding anniversary. Good supply of tea, coffee and biscuits, along with fresh milk and bottled water. In a very quiet residential area. Would recommend.

The bed, although comfortable,was only a small double. Bashed my leg on the bedpost more than once as the room was a little small. The fridge was also slightly noisy at night.

Location was great, as we're the hosts. Linda told us all we needed to know about the room. Lovely room and garden. Added bonus was their cat peewee.

Could have done with a curtain at the entrance door, as when security light came on it lit up the room.

The hosts have gone out of their way to think of every little thing that may make their guests more comfortable (they even have a night light!). The room is cosy and very comfortable and the location is ideal - just over 15 minutes till you're right by the sea.

Very friendly hosts and the studio had everything we needed for a short break. Location was easy to find and just a few minutes walk from the town centre and sea front.

The main door could definitely do with a blind or curtain. Aside from that, everything was great.

No privacy

Our hosts Linda and Mike were proactive to make us feel comfortable during our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed their studio and its location, which was quiet and a short walk to the sea, woodland, bus stops, etc. We'd recommend a stay to others as we felt so welcome!

The main door to the annex should have a curtain up but the owers told us that was going to be done in the future

Nothing really, it was quite warm in the room though if I had to say anything, but it did have a fan.

Beautifull room everything me and my 4 year old grandaughter needed. Lovely couple and couldnt do enough for us . Definately be going back xxx I felt my grandaughter was safe .access to a lovely garden secure guite area only 10mins from sherringham town .

Location was close to the town centre and there was plenty of free parking.

Really accommodating couldn’t do enough for us, the room was fantastic a really great find and hopefully we can return soon! Thank you for such a great stay again.

Perfect self contained room with kettle, toaster, fridge crockery and utensils plus milk to make your own meals. Lovely ensuite and a patio to sit on if wanted.

Quiet location but only a 10 minute walk from the town centre. All the facilities you could want for a 2-night stay in a studio room. Very warm and friendly hosts.

Bed was a little bit small for me (6 foot tall) but space would be too tight for a longer bed.
