This spacious apartment has a modern and light design, a breakfast terrace with sea view and a spacious kitchen and living room. One master bedroom with a double bed and a smaller room with two single beds. The apartment has generous wardrobe space and is equipped with all amenities for a longer stay. It´s located 200 meters from the sandy Aphrodite beach where you can enjoy all sorts of water sports including kite surfing, swim in the clear blue mediterranean sea or watch the amazing sunset.   This is truly a unique spot on the north west riviera of Cyprus. Enjoy genuine cypriot lifestyle in the nearby village of Gaziveren and eco farming around on the foothills of the Troodos mountains. Wander along orange groves and try the home made organic delicacies offered in the quaint cafés and guest houses. The apartment is located on the popular Aphrodite Beachfront village with full all year facilities such as; several swimming pools including semi olympic and indoor swimming pool, fully equipped gym and Bali Spa, sauna, minigolf, yoga, SUP yoga, pilates. Direct access to sandy beach. On site surf club with qualified surf instructor. Watersports include; wave surfing, kite surfing, wind surfing, SUP, jetski, wakeboard, ringo. The site is managed 365 days of the year. The reception is open 9-5pm every day and will assist you with taxi, activities, spa bookings or whatever questions you might have regarding the site or the surrounding areas. The On site restaurant Joya Bar and Bistro with its friendly staff welcomes you with european and Indian food of high standard. The restaurant is open all year round serving breakfast, lunch and dinner between 9 and 22. They will have open longer however should there be enough guests. The beach bar is open from may til october  from lunch time until late. The apartment is located 200 meters from the beach with a paved path all the way to the sea. All parts of Aphrodite Beachfront Village is available for guests. Fees apply for the new Gym and Spa. Directions: From Ercan lefkosa airport: Drive towards Guzelyurt and continue through the town. After approx. 6 km Turn right to the village of gaziveren. Big sign of Aphrodite beachfront resort by the turn. When you enter the site there is a gate, the code is #. Further info will be provided after booking.   From Larnaca: Drive towards Nicosia then either towards Troodos and through the Bostanci border crossing or through Kermia (Metehan) border crossing. (Recommended!!) After crossing drive towards Güzelyurt.   Location: The apartment is located 200 meters from the beach with a paved path all the way to the sea. All parts of Aphrodite Beachfront Village is available for guests. Fees apply for the new Gym and Spa. Please Note! For stays 28 days or longer, the guest pays for electricity usage. It will be debited to the card used when booking. The TV has only local channels except for some international news channels. It can easily be connected to a Chrome cast or similar. Wifi is included in the fee and set to an upgraded speed The apartment contains 3 air conditioning inverters, on in each room.  The water is heated with solar panels most of the year however wintertime you need to use the electric water heater. The switch (timer) is located by the entrance door. The cooker runs on gas, the bottle is placed under the cooker in a cupboard. Please note that All the sockets, kitchen appliances and air conditioner switches must be switched on to work. The apartment is situated on the 2nd floor (3 stairs) with a balcony facing west. Water and electricity is included for short term stay. For long term (28 days or more) the water and electricity is paid by the guest. Please switch off all electric switches upon checkout and close balcony doors and windows. It’s ok to leave the bathroom window open with a small gap. Aircon units shall be turned off while you are out. Failure to abide to the rules can result in additional charges. There is no extra charge for children. Transportation: There are buses and Cimen (local taxi bus) departing from the site. Please ask in reception for timetables. The reception in Aphrodite Beachfront village provide taxi and bus service to all guests. The beach: The sea is still warm this period but Sometimes on the west coast it can get windy. October is normally its a calm period with nicer sunny days. The beach has a part which is suitable for children but be aware of the flag system and beach rules and keep on the shallow part of the beach for safety. Shopping & groceries There is a small supermarket 10 mins walk from the apartment. There is a big Supermarket located in Guzelyurt (Morphou) 6 km from the site. Things to do: Lefke/Guzelyurt is an agricultural area with lots of fruits and vegetables throughout the year. The orange season is lovely between February and April, but the seasons for different fruits stretch throughout the year.   The Troodos mountains are close by with the Village of Kakopetria and skiing in the winter in mount Olympos, and many hiking and cycling trails, waterfalls etc. I recommend the family owned organic bakery Argonya for a majestic breakfast, a 25 min walk from the site. Fish restaurant Swan of Soli is one of the best on the island, go for their Full fish meze! Morphou Bay is a great place for Kite surfing and there is a surf club with lessons on site. Other trips I can recommend are Vouni Palace old ruin with a great view over the bay and if you are historically interested the ancient city of Soli ruins. Lefke village can be worth a visit and maybe you get a glimpse of the Sufi culture which has one of its religious centres in the village. The Copper smith Bakirci for hand made copper items and a small museum of the GMC mining company, they also serve cypriot style lunch at certain times of the week. Erson hoca´s organic farm in Yesilirmak is another beautiful family guest house with organic breakfast and traditional foods. I recommend renting a car and drive around the Lefke area.   House Rules: - Check-in time is flexible and check-out is 11 am - There are free parking on premises parking facilities available at the property. - Pets are not allowed at the property.
