Cozy Coastal bungalow in Prestatyn

Lovely property and facilities, paid extra for our dog to come, and extra to use the hottub. Perfect location for us. There is cctv in the rear garden which was a little off putting for us at times.

The lounge did not have a sofa bed The hob in the kitchen did not work No pans maybe because you couldn't use the hob So the items we took to do a breakfast for the family didn't happen

Very easy to find and to gain access with the keys. Quiet location although seagulls could be a nuisance to some - not for us though. Easy access to beach through the golf club - very quiet and ideal to let the dog run free. Property has a well fenced yard and house was spotless - looks like a very recent full renovation including kitchen and bathroom. Charcoal bbq provided, but bring your own charcoal and cooking utensils. Excellent Tesco / Marks / Aldi within a 5 minute drive, together with some good restaurants and takeaways in town. Easy parking. Highly recommended for any dog owner or golfer. Our greyhound had a great stay.

Lovely clean space, near to the beach and a nice hotel with bar and restaurant. Secure back garden, great for dogs. Parking is on street. Comfy beds and sofas. Additional charge for cleaning if bringing a pet. Check in simple, just a key in a lockbox but didn’t get code until 30 minutes before checkin time even though Airbnb listing says 48 hours prior Checkin is 1pm not 11am as per listing, checkout is listed at 11am but on the welcome note it asked for us to be out by 10.30 so just a bit confusing on the comms side. Had a lovely stay though, bungalow is bright and clean and easy for the beach and Prestatyn

Beautifully decorated and nice furnishings and very clean,lovely large garden.host kept in contact to ensure everything was ok.Quiet location.we were only there for 1 night so didn’t use the kitchen facilities apart from the kettle but enough utensils provided for people to have longer stays and do their own catering.

Both beds were less than a double in size,more like a queen size,it would of been better if one was a double/king and the other 2 singles as we were 3 Adults and not really enough room for 2 adults in a 3/4 bed.we thought that there was also a sofa bed in the living room but just sofas CCTV cameras in the garden,uncomfortable when sat outside as unsure if being watched.
