Caravan nearby Hastings, Coghurst Hall Park

Had a pleasant stay. Clean and tidy, nicely situated just outside of Hastings. Thank you.

Clean, comfortable, simple space, perfect for visiting family who have another van on the park. Could do with refreshing the coffee in the cupboard as it had dried up and was not drinkable. Otherwise very happy with the space.

Good priced basic caravan. Loved the little secluded garden with patio, table and chairs. Clean all round. Towels and bedding were white and clean. Big master bedroom with 2 wardrobes and ensuite toilet and basin. If you want to use the park swimming pool you have to book it beforehand and also buy a daily pass per person. I was quoted £5 per person for this but we didn't get one in the end. Lovely park and you can use the bar and play area.

Beds and bedding! We booked this caravan under the impression that there was a sofabed, but no, you sleep on the sofa which is old cushions on a plank of chipboard. No extra pillows or sheets were supplied. A brown fleece blanket was on the floor, but that was no good in what was one of the hottest summers ever! Also, we couldn't tell if it was clean due to the colour of it. I ended up giving up my duvet for my adult son to sleep on top of, on the sofa. I slept in the twin bedroom. Both beds were rocky- I was a bit worried that my bed would collapse. The bolts tightened perhaps? Apart from that, comfort was okay although narrow beds due to it being a second bedroom in a caravan. The bedding was basic, I could see the mattress through the sheet. However, the sheets and pillow cases were white and looked very clean. The shower room gets very hot and has no extraction fan so very humid. We didn't use the TV so can't comment on that.

Good basic accommodation in a very pleasant setting

This is only really suitable to sleep 4 people. There is a pull out bed in the living room however you have to move a really heavy sofa in order to make room for the pull out bed, not ideal. The mattress is so thin and very uncomfortable. There were no spare pillows for this bed and only 1 pillow on each of the proper beds so not enough to go round. It was very dirty under the pull out bed also. The rest of the accommodation is good though. Nice living area and bedrooms. Would have been perfect for just 4 people staying here. Good kitchen facilities.

Shower was crap. Outside the caravan needed cleaning loads of stuff from outside being brought in and there was a brush. Had to lend one from staff.

Very nice clean caravan, close to Hastings seafront. We enjoyed the club house on the site, all the staff were very friendly.

Fantastic little getaway for the whole family.
